✨ Refund & Return Policy – Emberling Co.

We want you to love your Emberling Co. purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original or similar protective packaging.

  • Exclusions: Because of the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Sale items or gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sydney@emberlingco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage or error.


Eco-Friendly Packaging Reminder

Because we use eco-friendly, minimal packaging, please reuse the original packaging, when possible, to send returns back — this helps reduce waste and keeps your items protected in transit.
