✨ Shipping Policy – Emberling Co.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade, packaged, and shipped from our studio in the Pacific Northwest. Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for most orders.

  • Up to 7 business days for large wall art pieces, as they require additional time and care during production and packaging.

Custom orders may require additional time, and we’ll communicate those timelines directly with you.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $200.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Packaging

We ship with eco-friendly, minimal packaging — recyclable, compostable, and plastic-free wherever possible — while still ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully. If your order is a gift, we can include a handwritten note upon request.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our work, please reach out to us directly at sydney@emberlingco.com so we can explore shipping options.


Delays & Responsibility

We do our best to meet shipping estimates but cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is with the carrier. Emberling Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
